Hello Everyone,

We hope you are enjoying stitching the cushion and quilt projects that you have purchased from our website.   Please send us photos when they are completed -  we would love to see your creations, and put them up on site for others to enjoy too.

We have elephants this month to add to last month's owls!   Quite surprising, as we usually love pretty floral designs!

But take a look at this beautiful bejewelled and embroidered elephant as he poses, seemingly under bright sunny azure skies, on our newest cushion creation.  And this cushion kit is this month's Leap Year $29 SPECIAL OFFER.

The kit includes instructions,  fabric for both the front and back of the cushion, a bias strip for the piping, and the fabulous elephant, cut out and backed for you to embellish and then applique on to the cushion front.  We have named the cushion 'Karavan', after the gorgeous range of fabrics by Valorie Wells that make up the cushion.  There is a second colour choice, and on a mustard background our elephant is now seen to be trekking the desert!   So gather some brightly coloured beads and threads and embellish to your heart's content.   This is a relaxed and easy project - we give you some ideas - but the joy is in putting a few beads and a few stitches just where YOU WISH.
